Frank Gore Brings Unique Skill To Jets
5 years agoNew York Jets running back Frank Gore brings something that is hard to teach to his new organization, according to head coach Adam Gase. "He's a natural leader. He's the kind of guy that guys respect around the NFL," says Gase. The 36-year-old running back will rejoin Gase after the two were together during the 2018 season with the Miami Dolphins. Gore currently has 15,347 rushing yards, ranking him third in NFL history. He also has 15 consecutive seasons with at least 500 yards and 125 carries, which are both NFL records. He'll create a one-two punch alongside star Le'Veon Bell in New York. The 16-year pro brings something to the table that not many other players can offer. Gore has been able to succeed at a high level in this league for a long time. Younger players love to be around him, so the Jets certainly have a great addition with Gore.
