Nashville Predators left wing Filip Forsberg extended his point streak to nine games during their 6-5 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday evening. Forsberg would find the back of the net for the first time of the evening in the second period on a tip-in. Later in the third, Forsberg would strike again, this time on a wrap-around. During this impressive nine-game point streak, the 30-year-old has scored nine times and added eight helpers. Six of his 17 points have come on the power-play. Prior to this stretch, Forsberg did not find the back of the net in his previous 16 games. Forsberg remains a must-start player while he continues this streak. He will look to stay on Saturday evening against the Anaheim Ducks.--Andy Smith
