Ottawa Senators center prospect Filip Chlapik was sent down to the Belleville Senators on Friday. Chlapik, who looked to easily start for the Senators for the regular season is relatively a surprise, however, the Senators are really looking to ice a successful AHL team this year with some of their top rookies like Logan Brown and Drake Batherson. He could easily get a call-up and will remain a rookie to keep an eye on, but the Senators are looking to keep Alex Formenton on the roster which doesn't leave much room for Chlapik. He shouldn't be owned in any re-draft format.--Caden
