Fernando Tatis Jr. Remains Out On Sunday
6 months agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Fernando Tatis Jr. (triceps) will sit for the second consecutive game as the Padres look to complete a four-game sweep against the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday, June 23. Tatis left Friday's game early after getting hit by a pitch and also sat out Saturday's contest. As a result, David Peralta will play in right field on Sunday and bat in the seven-hole. Tatis has had an excellent start to the campaign with a .279/.354/.468 slash line, 14 long balls, and eight swiped bags. He holds a 53.8% hard-hit rate and 13.9% barrel rate, which place him in the top 96th and 91st percentile among all qualified hitters. Peralta has played 24 games this season in San Diego and has posted a poor .220/.328/.260 line with zero home runs. He should be faded in DFS this afternoon as he will face Tobias Myers, who struck out six in four shutout frames in his previous outing.
