1 year agoHouston Astros designated hitter Evan Gattis has a favorable matchup Monday against the Mariners. Gattis has lost playing time over the last month to the hot-hitting Tyler White but could find his way into the lineup against Mariners starter Wade LeBlanc. Gattis is hitting .462 lifetime against LeBlanc through 13 at-bats with three home runs. Gattis is currently in a 2-for-21 slump and is hitting .149 over his last 15 games. It has been an up and down year for the veteran, who is hitting .225 with 25 home runs and 73 runs batted in this season. Gattis could find success Monday night at Minute Maid Park.--Joey C - RotoBaller
