Evan Fournier 2019-2020 Player Outlook
5 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Evan Fournier looks to head into the 2019-2020 season with the potential to considerably outperform his draft position. The 2018-2019 season for Fournier was very positive. Fournier averaged 15.1 points, 3.6 assists, and 3.2 rebounds an outing. In addition to those stats, Fournier also had two made three-pointers and had nearly a steal per game. These stats may not look impressive but when considering that Fournier was in the top twenty for shooting guards in points, steals, assists, and three-pointers made a contest those stats look much better. That kind of balance is extremely valuable, especially in categories leagues. Fournier has taken his solid 2018-2019 season and is thriving in the 2019 FIBA World Championships averaging 20.8 points a match heading into the quarterfinals. Success at FIBA many times transitioned to positive production for the next NBA season. Going into fantasy drafts for the 2019-2020 season Fournier is slotted to be a late ninth early tenth round pick. If Fournier can just replicate the type of production he had in the 2018-2019 Fournier will be a steal for fantasy players next year.
