Enes Kanter Blocks Career-High Six Shots

Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter tallied 13 points, 14 rebounds, six blocks, and two assists in a 109-92 win over the Charlotte Hornets. It was Kanter's third double-double of the year, but the real story was his New Year's Eve block party. The 27-year-old swatted six shots, a career-high, and became the first Celtics bench player to post 13+ points, 14+ rebounds, and six+ blocks in a game. Fantasy owners cannot count on consistent minutes and defense from Kanter- yet- but he's been on a roll lately. He's averaged 11.5 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game in his last eight. Another big game could be in the cards for Kanter on Friday against the Hawks, who have allowed the sixth-most rebounds per game.
