Emmanuel Sanders: 2018 Outlook: Outstanding Value At Current ADP
6 years agoDuring his first three seasons as a Bronco, Emmanuel Sanders was targeted 417 times, which propelled him to 3,571 yards (1,404/1,135/1,032), 256 receptions, and 20 touchdowns. A protracted ankle issue prevented him from maintaining that degree of dependability last season, as his output plunged significantly (47 receptions/555 yards/2 touchdowns). But Sanders is now healthy, and primed for a statistical surge that should restore his numbers to a loftier level. He should thrive as Denver’s highly targeted WR2, while joining Demaryius Thomas as the primary components in the Bronco passing attack. No tangible threat to his snaps or targets reside on the depth chart, which offers Courtland Sutton as the WR3, and nothing else of remote fantasy relevance. Sanders will also be the beneficiary of a notable upgrade at quarterback, as Case Keenum provides an alternative to the numerous deficiencies that existed with Trevor Siemian, Brock Osweiler. and Paxton Lynch under center. Sanders’ offers outstanding value at his current ADP (83), as he could justifiably be drafted two rounds earlier.
