Minnesota Twins outfield prospect Emmanuel Rodriguez went 3-for-7 with two doubles, a triple, an RBI, and a run scored in Thursday's doubleheader against Triple-A Iowa. The 22-year-old has gotten off to a relatively slow start, slashing .242/.385/.384. Rodriguez cruised through multiple levels of the Twins' minor league system last season with a monster line of .280/.459/.567  with a 181 wRC+. The strikeout rate has been an issue for the top prospect as it has ballooned to 35.7% so far this season. However, he has begun to heat up a bit in May with a 1.020 OPS in 34 AB. He could make his debut at some point later in the season and presents an intriguing power and speed profile, although expectations should be tempered with his struggles making contact.
