Emil Bemstrom Sitting Out On Friday
Pittsburgh Penguins right wing Emil Bemstrom (undisclosed) will remain out of the starting lineup on Friday evening when the Penguins host the Columbus Blue Jackets. Bemstrom was unable to suit up during their previous contest against the New York Islanders due to this injury. As a result, fantasy managers should expect Joona Koppanen to continue to be deployed as the left wing on the third offensive line. Before his injury, Bemstrom tallied one point (a helper) with nine hits and two blocked shots across his previous eight games. When Benstromg does return to the starting lineup, he will likely continue to have a role in the bottom six and carry minimal fantasy value, given his lack of scoring upside.
