Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Devin White is one of those players whose fantasy football value diverges greatly from his true value on the football field--and not in a good way. He's the opposite of Fred Warner. White finished as the overall No. 15 IDP scorer in Fantasy Pros scoring in 2022. He makes big plays, which help the Bucs. But he also missed 12.3% of the tackles he attempted. His missed tackle rate has been over 10% every season of his four-year career. His pass coverage improved slightly: he allowed completions on only 75.4% of the passes in which he was targeted versus 81.2% the year before. All this said, White doesn't face a serious challenge to his starting role. He has played over 95% of Tampa Bay's defensive snaps for each of the past three seasons. While his solo tackle numbers have been declining the past three seasons, he has still made over 120 tackles in each of those seasons.--Mitchell Blatt - RotoBallerRead More News
