Derrick Rose Stays Productive In Bench Role

Detroit Pistons point guard Derrick Rose provided 19 points off the bench in Thursday's loss to Dallas, shooting 7-for-16 from the field and doing most of his damage from downtown with a 5-for-10 mark. Rose also had four assists and a pair of steals in the game in 26 minutes. This was a bit of a bizarre performance from the former MVP, who hadn't attempted close to 10 treys in any previous game this season. In fact, he had only 14 total attempts for the whole month in five outings. Rose should get plenty of good looks again on Saturday against the Rockets, who lack consistency in their defensive play and who are giving up the fourth-most three-point attempts per game this season.
