Deni Avdija Rookie Outlook
4 years agoWashington Wizards forward Deni Avdija will look to make an impact off the bench this season for a Washington team that finds itself caught in between winning and rebuilding after the addition of guard Russell Westbrook. Avdija will compete with Rui Hachimura for minutes at the four, plus should get run as the backup three as well. Avdija has good size and some playmaking ability, though there are concerns about his shooting, which push him far enough down in the rankings to keep him off initial draft boards. Still, if you're looking for a candidate to be a strong second-half riser, Avdija is a solid option.
