Houston Texans quarterback Davis Mills will get the start this weekend for his team's home meeting with the Jacksonville Jaguars while teammate C.J. Stroud (concussion) recovers from injury. Stroud left Week 9's loss to the Denver Broncos with a concussion and has already been ruled out for Sunday's clash with Jacksonville. Houston's offense will take a hit sans Stroud, but the Jaguars are a beatable matchup in the passing game. Through nine weeks, the unit has yielded the sixth-most passing yards per game (249.3) and allowed a bottom-half figure in points (23). It wouldn't be surprising to see the Texans lean on the ground game more often in this one, leaving Mills better-suited as an asset in super flex/2QB formats.--Alex Ciulla
