8/28:Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher David Hess put forth another solid effort in Monday's 7-0 win over the Blue Jays. Hess pitched six innings, allowing no runs on four hits and two walks with five strikeouts. The 25-year-old has now gone four straight starts of allowing three runs or fewer but still owns an ugly 5.08 ERA with a 3-8 record on the season. He will face the Mariners on the road in his next start Monday.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
