David Dahl Hits Well Against SD
6 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl had been struggling along through a 5-for-31 stretch before the Padres came to town over the weekend, but their pitching seemed to cheer him up. Dahl went 6-for-14 in the series and hit a pair of doubles over the course of the last two games. While Dahl hasn't been artificially pushed out of the lineup this year like in years past, the breakout of Raimel Tapia has afforded him more off days than normal, and that is probably a good thing for the oft-injured outfielder. If Dahl can stay healthy, he'll be a solid fantasy contributor this season. Hopefully, those additional rest days can head off any injuries before they start.
