1 year agoToronto Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen (forearm) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game against the Seattle Mariners. Jansen was hit by a pitch on the forearm during the fifth inning of Sunday's contest. He remained in the game for a few innings before Alejandro Kirk batted for him in the seventh inning. Jansen underwent X-rays which came back negative for any fractures. The team is calling the injury a left forearm contusion. Fantasy managers should consider Jansen as day-to-day, so he should avoid a trip to the injured list.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
