Kansas City Royals ace Danny Duffy has had a rough start to the season, and it didn't get any better on Friday. Duffy allowed four earned in six innings against the White Sox, and he only struck out three. He only walked one in this game, but his main problem so far this season has been his control. Currently, the percentage of his pitches that are in the strike zone is 43.8%. That's his lowest rate in five years. Unfortunately, he's also getting hit easily when he does get in the zone, as White Sox hitters made contact on 96.8% of swings they took at pitches in the strike zone. Hopefully, it's just the cold, but this doesn't bode well for Duffy's season.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
