Danny Duffy Dominates Blue Jays
Danny Duffy continued to turn his season around. Duffy struggled early in 2018, giving up eight earned runs in 9 2/3 innings with just eight strikeouts in his first two starts. In his last two starts, he has 15 strikeouts and has allowed just one earned run in 11 1/3 innings, including eight strikeouts in six innings against the Blue Jays. Duffy is looking to put together a third season of a sub-4.00 ERA but will be hoping to repeat the strikeout numbers from 2016 rather than 2017. The buy-low period on Duffy has now passed and he should be a pitcher you start regularly in all formats.
