St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Daniel Poncedeleon will draw the start against the New York Mets on Friday. This was likely going to happen, but the Cardinals have made it official now. Adam Wainwright (hamstring) is sidelined, so Poncedeleon will make the start. He pitched well during his last start, so he could be a sneaky DFS option for Friday. The Mets aren't known for their great hitting, and Poncedeleon went five innings and had seven strikeouts during his last start.--Andy Webb
