Chicago Blackhawks center Connor Bedard tallied two points during their victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday evening. Bedard tallied the primary assist on Ilya Mikheyev's eighth goal of the season in the opening frame. Later in the third, Bedard scored on a wrist shot, extending their lead. This performance extended his point streak to eight games. During this impressive stretch, the 19-year-old has tallied 11 points (four goals, seven helpers) with four of those points coming on the power-play. Overall, the former first-overall pick has tallied an impressive 37 points over 41 games this season and is on track to enjoy a strong sophomore campaign.
