Ottawa Senators forward Colin White picked up a goal and an assist in Friday night's shootout loss to the Red Wings. White's two points erased Detroit's 2-0 lead in the second period, but neither team was able to notch another goal in regulation or overtime. The two-point night was the first multi-point night of the season for White, who saw just over 18 minutes of ice time, well above his average of 16:09 minutes this season. Planted on Ottawa's third line and second power-play unit, White is not regularly receiving enough opportunities to be relevant in most fantasy formats. If he can work his way back on to a line with Brady Tkachuk consistently, then his value may improve, but leave him on the waiver wire at least until then.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
