Christopher Bell did a great job of doing everything but winning during the first three races of the NASCAR Playoff Chase. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver racked up top-five results and a ton of stage points along the way. However, the start of segment number two at Texas means Bell goes right back to the middle (7th) out of the "Round of 12". Qualifying 22nd at the intermediate track is not the greatest but Bell might benefit from not being so close to the front. It will be intriguing to see what speed the No. 20 Toyota carries later in the race. Bell was ninth in practice lap averages and lost only a couple tenths of a second.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
