Chris Carson Returns to Action Against Rams
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson will be playing on Sunday against the Rams, and he may go back to being the team's primary RB. Unfortunately, that's not quite as clear cut as it might seem. Carson's one-week absence allowed third-string running back Mike Davis to put up 101 yards against the Cardinals, and while Carson still ought to be the main man, it's unclear how the Seahawks are going to address the situation. Remember that the season started with Carson sharing carries with Rashaad Penny, and while Carson ran for 101 yards against Dallas in Week 3, offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer may decide to split his carries with Davis this time around. Facing a Rams team that is expected to drop tons of points on Seattle, it's probably better for fantasy owners to shy away from the Seahawks running back situation for a week if they can.
