Chandler Stephenson Will Be A Game-Time Decision Saturday
Seattle Kraken center Chandler Stephenson (upper body) will be a game-time decision for Saturday's meeting with the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 30-year-old was hurt in Thursday's 3-0 defeat to the Washington Capitals. Stephenson is facing an injury setback during a prolific stretch, having scored three goals in his last four games and averaging a point per game over that span. Jared McCann (undisclosed) is also a game-time decision for Saturday, which means Seattle may have to face Sidney Crosby and his gang without two of its top three scorers. As a result, Shane Wright could land a top-six spot, while Eeli Tolvanen might also move up in the lineup.
