6 months agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (illness) threw live batting practice for the first time on Friday since he was diagnosed with leukemia in early June. He threw 25 pitches at Single-A Lake County and everything went well, according to manager Terry Francona. While this is a good step for Carrasco, there remains no timetable for him to return to the big leagues. There's still a chance that the right-hander won't pitch again in 2019, although his upside makes him worth stashing for fantasy purposes if you have the room.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
