Edmonton Oilers goaltender Cam Talbot allowed six goals on 31 shots during a 6-3 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights on Sunday. Talbot has had a dismal start to the season and is in danger of ceding starts to Mikko Koskinen. Talbot has a 5-8-1 record to go along with a 3.30 goals-against average and .888 save percentage. His leash is getting shorter with each passing start. Koskinen has realistically outplayed Talbot at this point in the season and may become the starter sooner rather than later. While it may be premature to drop Talbot, he is hard to trust as a fantasy asset. He has become a low-end goaltender for fantasy purposes that has less value than some of the options likely on the waiver wire.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
