Cam Fowler Returns To Practice On Tuesday
St. Louis Blues defenseman Cam Fowler (personal) returned to practice on Tuesday. Fowler was unable to play in their previous contest on Saturday against the Los Angeles Kings due to the birth of his child. However, it appears Fowler is in line to return to the starting lineup on Thursday evening to face the Pittsburgh Penguins. Over his previous six contests, Fowler has found the back of the net once and added five helpers. During this span he has held a +4 rating while tallying nine shots on goal with six blocked shots. Since being traded to the Blues from the Anaheim Ducks in December, Fowler has enjoyed an offensive surge as he has tallied 21 points (seven goals) across 32 games. Over his first 19 games with the Ducks, Fowler tallied just four points (all helpers). He should return to his role on the top pairing alongside Nick Leddy.
