Colorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar (illness) is expected to be a game-time decision for Team Canada's game on Monday afternoon against Team Finland. The star defenseman was unable to suit up on Saturday evening to face Team USA. Claire Hanna of TSN noted that Makar said he will "do everything to play" and was able to participate in Sunday's optional skate. While Makar was sidelined on Saturday, Dallas' Thomas Harley drew into the starting lineup. During their first game of the tournament against Team Sweden, Makar logged over 28 minutes of ice time and saw time on the top unit during even-strength play and on the power-play. If Makar were to miss his second-straight game, Harley would return to the starting lineup. However, Winnipeg's Josh Morrissey would likely take Makar's spot on the power-play and carry more value in DFS.--Andy Smith
