Colorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar (illness) is considered a game-time decision for Team Canada's 4 Nations Face-Off clash against Team USA on Saturday night. "I'm not going to confirm [Makar is in]," Canada head coach Jon Cooper said Saturday morning. "He'll be a game-time decision. But trust me, this won't be a decision where we ever put him in harm's way. So if he's in the lineup, he's good to go." Makar logged 28:06 of ice time but finished scoreless as Canada opened its tournament with a 4-3 overtime victory against Sweden. He will be a big miss for the team if he can't play on Saturday, with Thomas Harley of the Dallas Stars set to enter the lineup.--Taavi Pailk
