Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton was placed on the 7-day concussion injured list Tuesday. Buxton banged his head making a diving catch on Saturday and was kept out of the lineup Sunday. He's been experiencing concussion-like symptoms and the safe thing to do is put him on the IL to recover. Head injuries can be tricky so it's impossible to predict when Buxton will return to action, but the Twins seem optimistic he'll be back on the field by the end of July.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
