Bryan Woo 2026 Fantasy Baseball Outlook: Seattle Stud Looking to Repeat in 2026
After posting an ERA under 3.00 in 2024, Bryan Woo did it again in 2025 while taking his overall performance to a whole new level. Not only did Woo have an elite 2.94 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and 4.9% walk rate, but he also pushed his strikeout rate from a middling 21.4% in 2024 to a much more appealing 27.1% in 2025. He became just the fourth pitcher in the last five seasons to have a WHIP under 1.00, a walk rate under 5%, and a strikeout rate above 27% in a season with at least 180 innings. A big reason for Woo joining the elite ranks this season was the rise in his strikeout rate. Not only did he continue posting elite ratios and a low walk rate, but Woo also added a higher strikeout rate and a high level of volume to the mix, finishing 12th in innings and 13th in strikeouts last season. I'm a believer in Woo's increased strikeout rate sticking in 2026 and beyond, too. Woo had a 36.1% whiff rate on his slider and 46.3% on hsi sweeper, a duo he threw more often later in the season. I'd confidently draft Woo as a fantasy ace in 2026.
