Brock Holt Notches Two Hits Monday

Boston Red Sox second baseman Brock Holt went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Monday's win over Toronto. In July, the veteran utility player is hitting .381 with an .840 OPS but has just two runs batted in. Holt has mainly spent his time at second base this season, and with Eduardo Nunez recently being designated for assignment, Holt should continue to see the bulk of starts there, so long as he keeps hitting. The 31-year-old is mainly valuable in AL-only leagues for his high OBP and run scoring potential, but still doesn't quite move the mixed league needle.
