6 months agoMiami Marlins third baseman Brian Anderson (hand) left the game early on Friday after being hit in the hand by a pitch. The good news is that Anderson had a run scored, RBI and a walk in two plate appearances before leaving the contest. Anderson's fantasy owners would hate for him to miss time now, as he's hitting .342 (26-for-76) with four home runs and 13 RBI in 20 games in August. Overall, he's been one of the few bright spots for the Fish, hitting .261/.340/.468 with 20 home runs, 56 runs scored, 65 RBI and five steals on the year. Consider him day-to-day until we find out more about his condition.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
