Brandon Miller Continues To Show Improvement
1 year agoCharlotte Hornets guard/forward Brandon Miller enjoyed his best summer performance of the year Tuesday with a 26-point effort against Portland in a 97-93 loss. The second pick of this year's draft finished 8-for-15 from the field, going 3-for-6 with the three-ball and adding seven points at the charity stripe with perfect shooting. In 31 minutes on the court, Miller also produced two blocks while notching six rebounds and delivering two assists. Through five Summer League appearances, the Alabama product is now averaging 15.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.2 steals. He has shot only 38.1 percent from the field, which has greatly impacted his performances, but hopefully he will have left all these struggles behind him by the time real action starts.
