Brandon Ingram Sidelined For At Least Two Weeks
9 months agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (knee) was forced to leave the game against the Orlando Magic on Thursday due to a hyperextended knee. Luckily, after an MRI, the team found that Ingram suffered a bone contusion, so he avoided any serious damage to his knee. The team also announced that he will be re-evaluated in two weeks to see how his recovery progresses. The Pelicans will likely play it a bit safe given Ingram's injury history so that they can make sure he's able to play in the playoffs. While he's out, Herbert Jones and Trey Murphy III will likely be in the starting lineup together. Both of them serve as solid streaming options.
