Ottawa Senators forward Brady Tkachuk continued to build on a strong rookie year, adding another goal, six shots, and seven penalty minutes in Thursday night's loss to the Red Wings. Tkachuk now has 26 points and 59 penalty minutes in 46 games this season and is generating 2.78 shots per game. While his point production is promising for a rookie, his peripheral stat contributions are where he earns most of his fantasy value. He is currently on Ottawa's second line and second power-play unit, but with the trade deadline quickly approaching and several of Ottawa's key offensive pieces appearing to be on the block, he could be in line for an increase in usage. Owned in only 24 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Tkachuk is a solid add in dynasty formats and could be useful in single-season leagues depending on how things fall over the next two weeks.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
