Brad Keselowski Continues Early 2024 Momentum At Richmond
8 months agoRFK Racing driver Brad Keselowski ended Sunday's Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway by placing eighth. With Richmond being one of his best tracks, a strong run was anticipated from Keselowski, but at first, it did not seem that way through the first stage. During the beginning of the race, when rain tires were being used, Keselowski fell back to the middle of the pack, being outside of the Top 20 at one point. It would take Keselowski a while to recover through adjustments, pit strategy, and keeping his car in contention, as he also failed to score stage points in the first two stages. In the final stage, Keselowski would finally hit the Top 10, where he remained until the end of the race as his car never carried enough speed, and he could not recover enough track position to compete for the win. Keselowski's finish of eighth is his 15th top-10 finish in 29 starts as well as third top-10 finish in four races. As the driver of the No. 6 Ford continues to build momentum for the year, he looks to score his first top-10 finish since joining RFK Racing at Martinsville next weekend.
