Billy Horschel comes to TPC Scottsdale in great form. Horschel has been about as consistent as anyone over the last five months, with nine consecutive made cuts since last year's U.S. Open. Also, he just became the second American-born player to win the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship back in September. Horschel is no stranger to the Waste Management Phoenix Open, as he has played in the tournament for nine consecutive years, with only one missed cut and multiple top-11 finishes. While he may not be feared in this field, he certainly has what it takes to contend. With his current form and course history, Horschel could be a nice play this week. Horschel's secret to success this week will be his putter, a club he has gained over five strokes with multiple times on the greens at TPC Scottsdale.--Owen Vrabel - RotoBaller
