7 years agoThe Toronto Maple Leafs will be without star center Auston Matthews when they take on the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night. Matthews has been recovering since sustaining a separated shoulder on Feb. 22. The 20-year-old rising star practiced with the Leafs without a non-contact jersey for the first time on Saturday morning and may return to the Leafs lineup as soon as Tuesday when they take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. Keep an eye open for updates to Matthews’ status as Tuesday approaches and be prepared to activate him should he be added to the lineup.--Alex McKenzie
