10/12:Atlanta Falcons tight end Austin Hooper has the chance to put up a second big week in a row against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. Hooper faced the second worst team against the tight end last week and caught nine of his 12 targets for 77 yards. This week he faces the worst team against tight ends when it comes to fantasy points allowed. I also expect the Falcons to see more time in the red zone this week and for Hooper to get at least a couple of the targets down there. Hooper is not a must-start tight end if you have one of the safer options, but he should be started in most leagues this week. He also makes for an interesting DFS play Sunday.--Ben Rolfe - RotoBaller
