6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler continues to stand out as an incredible talent who happens to be in a situation that prevents him from being the starter. However, he has taken to his second-fiddle role, and owners can expect that he'll likely get the chance to show off again on Sunday against San Francisco. Ekeler will likely still only get a couple carries and a couple passes, but his explosiveness means every touch is a possible touchdown.
