Austin Cindric begins Talladega one spot outside of the Round Of Eight. The good news is that there are two more races in this segment for the Team Penske driver. Cindric does like these superspeedway courses. He did win the Daytona 500 at the start of the year. As for Talladega, he begins 17th this time around. The No. 2 Ford does have a few concerns since the April race was not a good one. Cindric started in 18th and never moved up much. Ultimately, he slid back a few positions to 21st. What did Cindric learn from April? Hopefully, he is a quick study, as the high-banked first two turns seemed to slow his momentum in practice.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
