Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (knee) will not play Saturday against Detroit as he continues working toward a return that could come as soon as Monday. His absence keeps extra playmaking opportunities available for Bones Hyland and Mike Conley. Hyland finished with eight points and eight assists in 30 minutes off the bench last game and is on the radar for managers needing short-term help in assists. Conley put up six assists, five rebounds, and one steal in 29 minutes and remains more of a deep-league fallback for guard depth. Julius Randle could also continue seeing elevated usage while Edwards remains sidelined.--Brian Dailisan
