Anthony DeSclafani Wins Third Game
6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Anthony DeSclafani pitched well in a 7-2 win over the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday. DeSclafani held Cleveland to two runs over 5 2/3 innings of work while striking out two and walking two. The veteran right-hander has had an up-and-down season but appears to be on an upswing of late, having allowed just five earned runs over his past three starts. Overall, DeSclafani has a 4.43 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, and 64 strikeouts in 65 innings of work. He has settled in as a must-own in National League-only leagues and a solid streaming option in mixed leagues. That being said, Disco will be an avoid in his next start, which will come against the Houston Astros on Tuesday.
