Andrew Wiggins Scores 21 Points on 20 Shots
7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves shooting guard Andrew Wiggins managed to have a decent scoring night but wasn't very efficient in getting his points. He finished the game with 21 points on just 7-for-20 shooting but did manage to go 4-for-5 from the line. Wiggins added five rebounds, three assists and a block in 37 minutes. Owners have gotten used to performances like this from Wiggins, who at least made modest contributions in other categories to salvage his line Thursday. Nonetheless, with Jimmy Butler (knee) out for the next four to six weeks, Wiggins should see a solid usage increase. Hopefully for owners he can do more with his additional shot attempts. The Timberwolves face the Utah Jazz next, who give up the third fewest points in the NBA. As a result, it may be another rough shooting night for Wiggins.
