9 months agoCarolina Hurricanes rookie forward Andrei Svechnikov scored a goal on Friday night against the Coyotes, breaking an eight-game scoreless drought. It was Svechnikov's third goal and fifth point of the season, but four of those points came in his first four games. He has cooled down significantly after his hot start and now that he is playing in Carolina's bottom six he does not hold much fantasy value outside of keeper and dynasty leagues. The talented sniper is worth watching but is not a player you need to keep rostered in re-draft leagues.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
