2 months agoCarolina Hurricanes right wing Andrei Svechnikov picked up two points -- a goal and an assist -- in regulation against the Sharks on Thursday and scored the decisive goal in a shootout for a 3-2 win. Warren Foegele also had two points in the game, dishing out a pair of assists. Svechnikov now has 11 multi-point performances for the season and it's been a great sophomore year for him. He's up to a team-high 31 points which is just six short of his last year's total. He's left his mark defensively as well with 40 hits. Svechnikov will face Minnesota next at home where he's done most of his damage with 18 points in 14 games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
