Los Angeles Kings center Alex Turcotte (upper body) will not play against Vancouver on Thursday. He'll be absent for a second consecutive game. Turcotte doesn't see a lot of ice time, averaging less than 12 minutes per game, but he's put in effective work for the team, scoring five points (one goal, four assists) in 13 games. The 23-year-old is third on the team with a plus-eight rating. Andre Lee took Turcotte's spot in the lineup on Tuesday against Minnesota, registering an assist and three hits. It was a good night for the Swedish forward, but Lee logged only 7:59 of ice time, and his usage is unlikely to increase on Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
