St. Louis Cardinals right-handed pitcher Alex Reyes (elbow) had another extremely impressive minor league rehab start on Monday, striking out 12 batters while tossing five innings and allowing just one hit and two walks. He reportedly touched 101 mph with his fastball and was sitting comfortably in the upper-90s. He was pitching for the Single-A Peoria Chiefs and will move up the the Double-A Springfield Cardinals for his next start. He's eligible to be activated from the disabled list on May 28 and is trending toward being ready to go on that date. He's been rehabbing as a starting pitcher and it seems like that's what he will join the Cardinals as at the end of the month. He's a must-own in all formats despite the certain innings and pitch limits that he'll have to follow.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
